Toddler and Preschool Programs
Our Training Center offers 3,000 square feet of space that is dedicated exclusively to toddler and preschool classes. We use top of the line equipment and offer a safe and stimulating environment for learning. We strive to provide a fun filled gymnastics experience through movement, education and games. Our goal is to introduce and teach fundamental motor skills and to build a child's confidence through positive reinforcement.
Recreational Programs
We offer gymnastics classes for ages 5 and up with no experience required. The focus in these classes is to have adequate warm-ups, conditioning time and rotations on Olympic events and trampoline. Classes are structured to develop strength, flexibility and to build strong technical tumbling and dance skills. Athletes are taught in groups according to their ability. We offer classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced gymnasts.
Boys Strength and Fitness
This program is dedicated for boys who are 6 years or older who are motivated to become stronger, quicker, and more agile. Our boys training program includes competitive games and exercises provided by a Certified Athletic Specialist who will take male athletes to the next level
